THE MENUS

 

Posted here are some sample menus, but it must be stressed that they only represent the type of food we do, because the menu changes all the time. The menu presentation is, as you will see, quite simple, just telling you the basic elements of each dish. If you fancy the combination then Graham asks you to trust to his artifice in the kitchen. Though of course, do ask if you need more information.

 

And there may be dietary questions that arise. If these are complicated, it would be best to talk in advance. And you will notice, there are not often, straight vegetarian options. But give 24 hours notice and discuss it with Graham. He will create a dish for you.
