The West House Restaurant with Rooms
Housed in a 16th Century weaver’s cottage in the village of Biddenden in the Weald of Kent, is the restaurant of chef/patron Graham Garrett.

“The West House kitchen...remains to me, a miraculous place. I do not understand how so few, in so small a room, can produce such wonder. It is talent, instinct, palate and focus.”
