BBC: The Antiques Road Trip
The West House recently featured in BBC One’s Antique Road Trip. On the show, Graham recreated the famous ‘Biddenden biscuit,’ a symbolic gesture of almsgiving, featuring the image of conjoined twins Mary and Eliza Chulkhurst, local folklore legends. Look around the village, and you will see symbols of the sisters, including an original hand-painted wooden sign on the front of The West House.
