Graham and the team visited their trusted supplier Chart Farm in Seven Oaks, Kent to find out more about the high-quality Sika Deer that’s often on the West House menu.

With over 400 acres to roam and left to their own devices, these animals live as they would in the wild and are treated with the utmost respect. Farm to fork at its best!
